Operation Snowball (est. 2011) is a student-led, 15-hour retreat that seeks to create community and positivity, and send a message that "you matter".  This yearly event includes large group speakers, small groups, teambuilding, a t-shirt and three meals.  All funds raised will help support the event itself and eight months of leader training in advance.
