Thank you for supporting Basha High School Choirs!

We have exciting activities this year which will provide enriched muscial experiences for all our singers.  Below are just a few of the events we have planned and for which we are seeking funding.  We sincerely appreciate your support so that all students may participate.

Activities:

• Choir Tour to San Diego, CA
  • Noteworthy + Counterpoint Choirs
  • AIM Masterclass with collegiate professor
  • Compete in the Heritage Choral Music Festival
  • Tour the Museum of Music Making
  • Experience San Diego through a harbor cruise dinner
     
• Choral Festivals
  • Choral Festivals provide a unique opportunity for students to sing for adjudicators who will provide feedback and on-stage masterclasses.  Additionally, BHS Choir students will actively listen to other choirs perform which will enhance our students' understanding and appreciation of choral music.
    • Grace Notes:  Chandler-Gilbert Community College Choral Festival
    • Counterpoint:  AMEA ACE Fall Choral Festival
    • Noteworthy:  NAU's Jazz/Madrigal Festival
    • AMS:  CUSD Choral Festival and AMEA Spring Festival
       
• Community Performances
  • The choirs have multiple community performances planned throughout the year where they will travel to retirement/care centers to perform for residents
